Nebraska Day Six

^^^Ice cream for breakfast only at Granny's!^^^
For our last day in Nebraska, we headed to Granny's house bright and early. All the cousins, Kurt's family, Grandma Geri, and Margaret and Larry joined us. We love to start our trip at her house and end our trip at her house. Granny is going to be 94 years old in August and this remarkable woman made a household of people a huge, delicious breakfast. She is seriously the best. At one point she even said to me: "Oh Jackson is a something else. He sure is a cute little shit." Haha. Her humor hasn't changed over the years and I personally think she has gotten even funnier. I hope to be like her one day.

After breakfast, we played, chatted, and hung out until we had to head to the airport to catch our plane. It was a very emotional good-bye. We always have such a great time when we come to Nebraska but this time was especially fun. We always hate leaving Granny too because we don't get to see her that often. If it was up to us, we would see her every day.

We are hoping to plan another trip in September (maybe)! However, if that doesn't work out, we will definitely be back in April for Lauren and Danny's wedding. We can't wait!

Until next time, you beautiful state, you!
